Test Principle
The gas in the sample is pumped into the sensor through the vacuum pump, and the sensor outputs the real time current and voltage signals of O2 and CO2 (optional) concentration of the gas in the sample. The instrument calculates the content of O2 and CO2 (optional) in the gas by obtaining the current and voltage signal output by the sensor. After reaching the requirements for ending the tests, the tests stop, and the instrument records the concentration of O2 and CO2 (optional) in the gas tested in the sample.

FAQ's of Vaccine Packaging Oxygen Analyzer for Manufacturer:
Q: How does the Vaccine Packaging Oxygen Analyzer detect oxygen in packaging?
A: The analyzer uses an electrochemical oxygen sensor to measure oxygen levels accurately within sealed packaging, such as vials, ampoules, pouches, and blister packs. This method ensures reliable detection of oxygen from 0.01% to 100% O2.
Q: What is the process for testing vaccine packaging with this analyzer?
A: Place the specimen using the quick-fit connection, select your test settings via the digital interface, and initiate the measurement. The microprocessor manages the test cycle, and results are displayed within 10 seconds. Data is stored internally for later review or export.
Q: When should automatic vs. manual calibration be used?
A: Automatic calibration is suitable for routine testing to maintain accuracy with minimal oversight. Manual calibration is recommended when precise adjustments are needed, such as after sensor replacement or in case of significant environmental changes.
Q: Where can the analyzer be installed for optimal performance?
A: The analyzer is designed for benchtop mounting and performs best in laboratory or clean room settings with controlled humidity (0-90% RH, non-condensing) and temperatures ranging from 5C to 45C.
Q: What are the main benefits of using this oxygen analyzer for vaccine packaging QA?
A: It offers high sensitivity, a fast response time of 10 seconds, large onboard data storage, programmable alarm limits, and secure user access. The analyzer supports a wide measuring range, ensuring precise quality control for pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Q: How is user access controlled on the analyzer?
A: Access is managed through password-protected user levels, allowing administrators to restrict or grant functionality based on roles, enhancing security and data integrity.
Q: What accessories and support are included with the equipment?
A: Each analyzer comes with a sample tubing set, power cord, calibration kit, and comprehensive software for Windows-based analysis, ensuring a turnkey solution for pharmaceutical QA labs.
