Test Principle
The gas inside the test package is brought to the gas sensor by the air pump. The instrument analyzes the volume of oxygen and carbon dioxide (optional) contained in the sample gas by calculating the electrical signals generated by the gas sensor. When the preset condition is met, the test is completed and the system records the oxygen and carbon dioxide (optional) concentration.

FAQ's of Gusseted Foil Coffee Bags headspace gas analyzer:
Q: How does the needle penetration sampling method work on this analyzer?
A: The analyzer uses needle penetration with pump suction to extract headspace gas from within gusseted foil coffee bags. This method ensures minimal disturbance to the sample, maintaining accuracy in oxygen, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen detection.
Q: What is the process of calibrating the headspace gas analyzer?
A: Calibration is performed using either single-point or multi-point calibration techniques. This allows users to ensure the highest accuracy over a variety of measurement ranges and conditions, adhering to industry standards such as ISO 8573 and ASTM F2714.
Q: When should the visual and acoustic alarm functions be expected to activate?
A: The visual and acoustic alarms are triggered whenever detected gas concentrations fall outside of user-set acceptable ranges. This feature alerts operators in real-time, enabling immediate corrective action during testing.
Q: Where can this analyzer be effectively utilized?
A: This headspace gas analyzer is suited for laboratory or industrial settings, especially for exporters, manufacturers, and suppliers in China who require quality assurance for coffee or other food packaging using gusseted foil bags.
Q: What are the benefits of utilizing the internal data storage and Wi-Fi connectivity?
A: With internal memory for up to 10,000 test logs and Wi-Fi capability, users benefit from robust test data management, remote monitoring, and efficient report generation-ideal for quality control traceability and regulatory compliance.
Q: How is the analyzer operated and what automatic features are available?
A: Users can select automatic or manual control modes via the touchscreen LCD. The analyzer's semi-automatic functions, fast test speed (0.1-10 mm/s), and programmable test scheduling allow streamlined, hands-free operation.
Q: What headspace gas ranges and specimen sizes are supported?
A: The analyzer supports a test range of 0.01-100% for O2, CO2, and N2, with high accuracy and resolution. It accommodates specimens up to 300 mm x 500 mm in size and can test between one and five bags at a time.
