Test Principle
The gas in the sample is pumped into the sensor through the vacuum pump, and the sensor outputs the real time current and voltage signals of O2 and CO2 (optional) concentration of the gas in the sample. The instrument calculates the content of O2 and CO2 (optional) in the gas by obtaining the current and voltage signal output by the sensor. After reaching the requirements for ending the tests, the tests stop, and the instrument records the concentration of O2 and CO2 (optional) in the gas tested in the sample.

FAQ's of C650H Headspace Gas Analyzer:
Q: How does the C650H Headspace Gas Analyzer perform sample extraction?
A: The analyzer uses a precise needle extraction method to withdraw a small gas sample (approximately 3 ml) from the headspace of sealed packaging without causing significant damage to the sample or packaging.
Q: What types of gases can the C650H detect and measure?
A: The C650H is specially designed to detect and measure the concentrations of oxygen (O2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) within a wide measurement range of 0-100% for both gases.
Q: When should I use the C650H Headspace Gas Analyzer?
A: This analyzer is ideal for quality control routines in food, pharmaceutical, and packaging industries, particularly during product development, production, and packaging verification to ensure optimal gas composition in sealed packages.
Q: Where can data from the gas analyzer be exported or stored?
A: Test data can be conveniently outputted via USB, RS232, or directly to a printer, making it easy to store, manage, and review analytical results. The device also features onboard data storage.
Q: What benefits does the automatic calibration function offer?
A: Automatic single or double-point calibration ensures reliable accuracy and simplifies regular maintenance, reducing manual intervention while maintaining consistent, trusted test results.
Q: How does the alarm function enhance safety during operation?
A: The built-in over-limit alarm notifies users immediately if gas concentrations exceed preset safety thresholds, ensuring prompt corrective action and safeguarding product integrity and workplace safety.
Q: What are the maintenance requirements for the C650H Headspace Gas Analyzer?
A: Thanks to its low maintenance design, routine care is minimal, typically limited to periodic cleaning and scheduled calibration checks as indicated by the system, making it cost-effective and easy to manage.
