Test Principle
Firstly submerge the specimen in the water in the vacuum chamber, and then evacuate the vacuum chamber to form differential pressure between the inside and outside of specimen. The seal property can be obtained by observing the steady progression of bubbles from the specimen or observing how the specimen expands and restores to its original shape after vacuum release.

FAQ's of Package Leak Seal Testers/Leak testing Machines:
Q: How does the Package Leak Seal Tester ensure accurate leak detection?
A: The tester utilizes digital microprocessor controls and multiple testing modes-vacuum, pressure decay, and water immersion. Its high-resolution LCD displays, programmable test duration, and auto data logging work together for precise, reliable assessment of packaging integrity.
Q: What types of materials and packages can be tested using this machine?
A: It is suitable for leak testing packaging materials, bottles, pouches, and pharmaceutical containers with specimen sizes up to 300 x 300 mm. The transparent polycarbonate/acrylic chamber accommodates samples, providing clear visual access during testing.
Q: When should calibration be performed on the leak testing machine?
A: Calibration is provided with a traceable certificate at purchase. To maintain measurement accuracy, periodic calibration is recommended as per your quality management protocols or regulatory requirements.
Q: Where can users access test data after completion?
A: Test data can be easily exported via the USB port, RS232 interface, or through the machine's printer port. This supports efficient documentation and traceability for compliance and audit purposes.
Q: What is the process for conducting a leak test using this equipment?
A: Place the specimen inside the transparent chamber and select the appropriate test mode and parameters on the digital interface. The machine performs the leak test automatically, displaying results on the LCD screen within one second. Data is stored for review or export.
Q: How does the safety system protect during operation?
A: The equipment includes emergency venting and overpressure protection features, minimizing operational risks. These systems activate to quickly release excess pressure, safeguarding both the operator and the specimen during testing.
