Product Description

This tool is grounded on the differential pressure technique, and jobwise applicable to the examination of gas transmission rate of ended package vessels. Test gases could be oxygen, air, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and testable containers comprise several bottles of juice, tea, carbonated drinks, as well as packages of dairy products, edible oil, metal containers and washing supplies.

Principle

The pre-conditioned empty container is fixed in the gas diffusion cell to make a sealed fence. The inner and outer compartments of vessel are expatriate firstly, trailed by the removal of the whole cell. A stream of test gas is afterward presented into the expatriate outer compartment and a continuous pressure change is produced between two compartments. The gas pervades through the sample from higher pressure side into the less pressure side. The gas penetrability and other fence features of the example can be got by analyzing the pressure alteration of inner chamber.
